What do you use to remove Permatex The Right Stuff?

Prepping some used parts for install today (intake grate and RE Block Offs), and the previously owner correctly used Permatex The Right Stuff on them on his install. I want to remove the residual stuff before installing on my boat, and wasn't sure what I should use to remove it. I'm thinking brake cleaner. Anyone got any tips?

Razor blade. Nothing will dissolve the right stuff. Brake cleaner will just clean it lol.

a wire wheel in a drill or grinder works pretty well

Then I guess that's why it's the "right stuff" for these applications, LOL.

Right Stuff or RTV sealant can be a pain to remove without damaging the original finish. I picked up a used set of REs that had been installed with Right Stuff. No more used parts that have been installed with Right Stuff for me.
