    P1544 Exhaust Alarm

I just bought a used 2006 GTX Seadoo and got an alarm for P1544 Exhaust at higher speeds/rpms. I tried flushing the exhaust system and it still got the alarm.

This is my first Seadoo, so I'm not very knowledgeable about the inner workings, so if anyone can give me some advice I'd really appreciate it.

It could just be a bad sensor, have you put your hand on the waterbox? It will hot to the touch but it shouldnt burn you. If you want, just splash some water on it, if it boils off there is a blockage. If its just hot, most likely a bad sensor. I had this code a few times on my conversion...I replaced the sensor and the problem went away. Good luck !!
