Start at the pump and inspect the strainer its the plastic hex on top. Then work your way forward.

Squat down and stare at the rear of the craft, directly at the pump. You'll see a black plastic short bolt head on the top left side of the aluminum pump.
Carefully remove it and check for crud. I'd pull the pump and check in front of the restriction washer too, then start checking water lines inside of the hull.
    Good luck!

May I ask why you think the flow is low? Is the boat showing a code?

If the exhaust get's hot enough to melt the sensor then other things could also have become damaged. I have just been through this!

    1. The small hose that connects to the exhaust. Take it off and look at it.. if it's not perfect replace it or at least trim the end off and start with a clean connection.

    2. Check the exhaust.. Is it leaking? Does the boat reach speed?

    3. Most important!!!! Check the resonator, the plastic part that is right before the exhaust exits the back of the boat. If it's damaged, and your lucky, you will be leaking exhaust into the hull and the boat will run like ass. Mine was damaged but I did not find it in time. During a test run the resonator cracked completely and the hull flooded... Boat sank.

Basically your exhaust was hot enough to melt the sensor. The plastic resonator is directly downstream from the exhaust assembly. IMHO this is a serious design flaw. The engine should shut down if the temp approaches the limit of the sensor. I suspect that it takes just a minute of the engine running with the exhaust overheating to damage the resonator enough to jeopardize the craft's sea worthiness. I will be adding a bilge pump to mine.
