Every boat seems to be a different, presumeably due to different boat set ups, riding style and weight, fuel tank level, ride plate brand, etc. But let's say that your boat typically porpoises between 20 and 40 mph. When you make the mod, the porpoising range is reduced to say 25 to 35 mph, and porpoising will not be as dramatic.

When riding in water at high speed over about 2.5 feet, you will spend less time in the air, so your overall speed will increase significantly, and the ride will not be as physically demanding.

You will experience an improvement in the ride, but your porpoising will not go away completely.......

Cool, ill keep all that in mind. I just started to mod my gpr 800 so far ive done the shoe seal mod, r&d flame arrestor, and a 11/14 solas and everything ive done is one piece at a time ride see the gain and on to the next.
So the next is a grate then ride plate and shimming the tabs after that comes the engine.
