New to site, 1995 seadoo speedster new owner questions

Hello guys. Just bought a 95 seadoo speedster with about 150 hrs on it. Looking for help on want to do before I try and start the boat. I don't want to just add fuel and try it cause carbs might just get gummed up.

Was this boat in perfect running condition when you bought it?

Do you know the service history? Last time the carburetors were internally cleaned and rebuilt?

Did you test drive it before or after you bought it?
