Wisco pistons in Seadoo 4 tech Supercharged

Does anyone have any experience runing Wisco Pistons in a Stock 215 Hp Seadoo? Seadoo Stk piston clearence is approx .002 skirt clearence. Is this a Good Number for Piston skirt clearence with a Wisco Piston? Please advise if you have had success or failures with this product.

Wisco make s a beautiful piston for this engine. Looks like a piece of jewelry..... But the alloys the stk Rotax (Mahle performance mfger) piston and the Wisco piston are all top secret... the Differences in the Types of alloys of the 2 different pistons is what concerns me.

I've used lots of them. Just make sure to check that the top of the rod doesn't hit the underside of the crown. Every one I have done did unless your using aftermarket rods

I have used them in a bunch of 4tecs, although there were zero problems with it, they are not as light as the CP's. CP's structural design is far better than any piston out there.

What piston skirt clearence did you set the engine up with for the Wiseco pistons? stk seadoo spec is 1.5 - 2 thousands ....... max clearence or throw away is .004

I use them in my racing polaris Pro 785--it was recomended by fellow racers that you warm them up real good before you race them hard,

Are you checking the sizes with a dial bore gauge in the cylinder and a Mic at the Piton skirt?? Or are you loading the piston in the cylinder and using a feeler gauge?
