Thread: timing

    can someone tell me how to check timing on my polaris virage tx red motor. it seems like it wants to start but i may have a timing issuse, i need help

    More info would help. Was the ski running are now will not? First thing I would do is check for a strong spark on each cylinder. After you have strong spark then move forward. The battery needs to have more than 10.6 volts while cranking to have spark.

    To verfy timing and ensure the flywheel key is not sheared...
