how much oil in the 300 charger

found a slight drip from between the center case/gear rotor plate ( http://www.greenhulk.net/forums/showthread.php?t=166780 ) well out of warranty so i pulled it apart, sealed it back up and am waiting for my oil to come. i've read anywhere between 125cc and 150cc. obviously its completely dry so i'm assuming more towards 150ccs?

eaton says between 5.1 and 5.2oz for their TVS chargers (i know they are not kawasaki chargers per-say just referencing info i could find) that would put it right at 150-153cc's...

4.5 ounces if completely bone dry

I ran 4.2 to avoid over pressurizing on long wot runs.

Np. Your was most likely slightly over filled like some others causing them to start to leak over time. Curios did any of the bolts come loose ?

My first thoughts were catastrophe and it would be a front seal or something worse but upon inspection it appears to be just a minimal leak where I described. Still had plenty of fluid in it, everything was tight, looked good, minimal wear on the rotors etc.

You really shouldn't have to change it ever. I abuse my stuff far more then most and its lasted much longer then I thought it would. But the answer to your question is the chargers gotta come out of the ski to drain it

Does the engine have to be pulled to take the SC out? If not what parts do? Just curious and preparing for the future.I am hoping after it's warranty runs out, and I need to repair a broken blower somebody has a cheap rebuild kit for it..

Dont think you need to worry about that happening, they seem pretty bullet proof thus far
