    Carry all that and you might sink from all the weight. If you run oil injection you will have about 5 quarts of extra 2 stroke oil

    I don't even have the bottle of water. A rope and a screwdriver if I am trying to tune carbs, otherwise no screwdriver.

    What you take with you in part depends on where you are going riding, and how far from help, or the shore, you might find yourself.

    There are different categories of stuff;
    • Things you use to make riding easier, better, more enjoyable.
    • Things that help solve common problems while riding, docking, anchoring
    • Things that would be useful when mechanical issues arise
    • Things that summon help when none of the above are going to be enough.

    In our front storage buckets and other storage bins we have stuff for every one of those categories, plus some items attached to the PFD, and even a few things attached to the ski.

    This is looking towards the shoreline from way out in Lake Ontario, far enough away for the land to not be visible.

    Different day, also far from shore.
