    Stuck Bolts?

So I am trying to get to my impeller to replace it and I'm starting with the 4 bolts in the rear of the jet pump and they will not budge. So far I have tried to heat it with blow tourch, liquid wrench and w 4 ft pipe on my ratchet for leverage. I am so afraid I will break the bolt. Any suggestions?
    Thanks

Soak them with penetrating fluid, if that doesnt help, break them off and use a vise grip to remove them after the fact.

Keep going with the heat. Also, try to tighten the bolts a little bit. If you can get it to turn slightly, then reverse the wrench and it should come out easier.

Go to your hardware store and pick up some new stainless bolts. Be sure to Torq them down properly and either use a good amount of anti seize or a dab of grease on the threads and you will be good to go.

Ran into same problem when I bought a used GP1200.One bolt broken before I started.Heated with torch, 2 came out,one stuck, soaked overnight with PB blaster.Next day broke bolt right at threads.Took unit to a metal fabrication shop.He used acetylene to heat(said myMapp wasn't hot enough) and tigged up a blob on thebolts and vise gripped them out.Not CHEAP! $75/HR
