06 gtx sc rev limiter. please help

hey guys! I am new to post to the forum, but a long time reader. One of my gtx hits rev limiter on full acceleration from a stop. I assume this is caused by cavitation. I first changed the impellor and wear ring with new parts I purchased from impros. The original impellor had damage on it. I also went the next step and changed the rubber seal. I noticed that the grate was damaged and replaced it with a new brp part from the dealer. I don't know what to do. I am sure the impellor they sent me was the right one as it was a refurb that had sc engraved in it. The pump it self was metal and not plastic as I have read on this forum plastic one tend to strip out. Whats the next step I am stumped thanks!
