    Polaris 700 no spark

I have been researching on here and pwctoday for possible answers. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. I am very familiar with kawasaki jetskis. This is my first polaris Im working on.

Red/Purple wire into cdi does have voltage
Breaker has exact same voltage on both sides of the breaker.

I believe this is going to be a stator problem. I would like to use my meter to confirm prior to buying and trying parts to get spark. Can someone direct me to a link or explain a check with the meter to confirm my problem?

I read about a stator update. its a 1999 700 SLH not sure what stator is in it?

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

I think if you start with my signature links, it will get you pointed in the right direction.

    Thank you.

Any leads on the update kits? Not looking to spend $700 on one.

Here are my numbers: I think it means my stator is bad. K447 can you confirm that Im reading/interpretting my data properly?

    Brown wire =9.5v
    BATTERY HAS 11.5V during cranking

Stator wires tested are the 8 wires that enter the ebox close to the breaker.
black to engine ground - 0.00 Kohm
black to purple .0L on meter. Meter does not change when I test these 2 wires. Im assuming no connection
    black to grey - 86.6
    yellow to red/purple - 0.8kohm
yellow and red/purple to engine - no connection

    Here are my part numbers:
    CDI - 4060148
    Ignition coil - 105 552.03

Are these both the old / original versions?

ignition coil box - i tested these wires off the ignition coil box with the solid black wire still attached to the grounding strip on the other side of the ebox

    black/green to black white - 0.4
    yellow/brown to black/ white - 0.4

testing the spark plug boots to engine block i have no connection. do i need to re-attach the stator wires and ign box and also the small ground wire to the battery terminal?

can you explain testing the ignition coil secondary?
