10 hour service on ultra 300

Just wondering what all I should be doing on my ultra for the ten hour. I'm on vacation at one family's so we got the stuff to do it, just no dealer around to get a shop manual so hoping the forum can help me out. Thanks!

My dealership - at the time of sale - told me that it was mandatory to have the 10 hour service conducted by any Kawasaki Dealership to maintain the OEM Warranty.

You better check with your Kawasaki Dealership just to be certain such is also the case for your machine.

    Have fun !!!

Nope belt is self adusting valves at 100hr. Oil if you must just general check over and tighten as tommy suggested.

hmm k the dealer i got it from told me super charger belt tension was one of the most important thing. The dealer ill be taking it to told me as long as i keep track of my work on it that they'll cover the warranty on the machine. How come the owners manual doesn't say to do a oil change till the 25 hour mark?

Makes no difference 11-13 are the same. Your dealer has prob never worked on a 300 and is talking about 25-260 sc. Do your first oil change now. And for rec rider every 25 hrs is fine for oil changes.

Hey, another Alberta 300 owner. Unless another GrPr out there in this world.

I just bought one from Ontario and in transit to me now.

k sounds good, so i checked all the bolts i could find and the hose clamps, sprayed everything with some silicone spray. waiting for uncle to grab his oil extractor to change the oil, going to but some amsoil marine oil in it, im assuming these are the same as the doo and u suck up the oil from the dip stick, do you also try starting with the throttle pinned to get the engine to cycle the oil a bit?
