Heading up to Lake TahoHey Riders.
I'm a 16 year old, and I been riding since I was 10.
I love it.
I have my Kawasaki Ultra 130 and I'm heading up to Lake Tahoe from Orange County for a week on saturday.
We are staying in a timeshare and I'll be exploring it. Has anyone been there? Tell me about it!

First off let me worn you about the drive. If you plan to take the 395 north watch out for cops !! The like to hide out on the down hill side of the road. If your going the 5 watch out going Donners Pass as they like to watch that area more then normal. Now be prepared for a boat inspection. No water in or on the ski at all. Look under the motor. Now the next part is where it gets sticky. On the NV side they will ask you if you got your sticker. This is an additional sticker (tax) for NV. I have heard its on all sides of the lake but dont know that myself. I was at a lake in NV in June and did not know anything about this. They let me in anyway and gave me a card with the info to get this sticker. Next Im not vary familiar with you ski. So,
Vessels powered by the following engines are still allowed:
• Direct fuel injection (DFI) two-stroke engines
• Two-stroke engines that meet the California Air Resources Board (ARB) 2001 or the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) 2006 emissions standard.
• Inboard engines
• Four-stroke engines
Also that lake is over 6000 feet above sea level. This will effect the power of you ski. not much you can do about that.
Hope this helps you
