    Throttle bodys

This week end i tried some throttle body's that Ross nemo wanted me to try that he worked on. Let me tell you woke the ski right up and went from 7250 rpm's to 7360 rpm's at 77.4 mph on an unported 1300 efi with full handling and 3/4 tank of gas, Awesome job Ross i hope you do not want them back let me know how much i owe you for them

Your stock ones can be modded, He is trying another set on a ported 1300 to see what gains are there. Ross would be the one that could answer all questions.

Yes Ron, your throttle bodies were machined and are on my ski, and my original ones were machined and are on jims1300 now. The machining is the key part in this combo. Making it all fit just right..

Cool...I'm glad it all worked out for you.. I always thought there were some gains to be had there.

Do you offer this service? Or could you send me specifics on the modding?

I have done throttle bodies my self before, the usual things to do are, port, fill gaps if any and make small holes instead, flatten and sharpen the throttle blade, ect. On some systems the blade doesn't open all the way and that can be modded also.
