    Anything bad on the 2013 RXT 260?

    It has come to the point that I'm going to get rid of my problematic 2011 RXT 260 IS. It is a really long story behind it, but the basic story is the carbon seal was already broken and the engine compartment filled with saltwater. It was flushed the same day, but it was never the same. I just had to go back to get a corroded throttle plate replaced. I have never heard of anyone having a problem with that part, nor do I even know what it is. Anyways, any thing bad or ugly I should know about a 2013 RXT 260? The deal the dealer is giving me is unbelievable because it was their fault the ski filled with water. I had a lot of problems with my ski, but I think most of it was due to the saltwater in there, how many problems do you have with them? Also didn't the break in period change? How long is it now?

    Break in period didn't change its the # of hours for 1st oil change did.
    It was 10 hrs now seadoo says 25hrs.

    Glad to hear the dealership is working with you.
    Post pics of the new ski when you get it.

    Well it's not carved in stone yet. I just want to get the ski I have right now off my back before it costs more. So you still have to take it in for the 10 hour service then change the oil at 25 hours? Anyone know if an RXT IS ski cover will work on an RXT 260?

    No its just a 25hr service. No more 10 hr service.

    No, the cover is different because of the suspension..
