Stripped 2005 RXP Connecting Rod Bolt

I am currently in the process of replacing a piston and new cylinder head due to a dropped exhaust valve, but one of the connecting rod arm bolts has a stripped head. What can I do to remove it?

Any suggestions? Maybe try welding a nut to the bolt?

That's a good option, or Using a dremel to make a notch for a flat head

If you drill the head off of it carefully, the stud/remainder of the bolt will come out easy.
