When is it time for a new starter relay?

I hit the start button and get nothing. Battery and connections are good and I don't even get a click sound. I can jump the relay from the battery to the starter and it cranks. It is not even showing anything when testing the 2 smaller posts with an ohm meter. So, is it toast?

Do you see voltage on the small wire when you hit the start button? If so, then yes. If not then it is between the start button and the soleniod. There are three wires to a start solenoid. From battery, to starter, and from start button. You can also apply battery voltage to the small wire to test the solenoid.
