Cool 2011 rxt 260 no throttle when pressed

My buddys 2011 rxt 260 has 62 hrs and when you press the throttle it doesn't rev up. If you unplug the battery and connect it again then the ski revs up like normal. But once you shut off the ski and crank it again the ski will not rev up.
We hooked up the Candoo and it says bad throttle body but I don't think that's the issue.
Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!!!

    Read post # 7 here: http://www.greenhulk.net/forums/showthread.php?t=200303

If ski starts up and runs at idle only (no throttle control at all), the TAS sensor is bad. You can do a little test with swapping the brake lever sensor out of the housing and see if it revs up. If you still have the same issues then it is most probably the TB unit, which is about $750......
