Bearing clearances and low oil pressure

I recently rebuilt an 2006 rxp and have been dealing with low oil pressure all summer. I have a gauge hooked up and it is real. I did replace the oil regulator and there has been no change. I pulled the motor and just finished checking clearances with plastigage. My question is how uniform should the clearances be. All my main bearings were less than .0015 in except for right near the edges. Is that normal. Also my balance shaft is greater than .003 in. These were new sbt bearings. I did find wear in the oil pump which I will rebuild. My question is our the bearing clearances good.

take a look at this and you can get some insight on what happening with uneven wear. http://catalog.mahleclevite.com/bearing/

My pressure is under 10 psi when it warms up. This is also at idle. I would think the sbt would help if it has tighter clearances

I get the oil light and limp mode p1520. I have the gauge hooked up in the rear. It is the port that the manual states to measure pressure. By the timing chain.
