Riva Athena onto RXT X 260 AS

Guys, I have just bought a 2012 RXT x 260 AS and wondered what the effect of fitting the Riva Athena ECU would be? I live in Sweden, so I dont think the European models have the gps speed limiter??

Riva claim 40hp increase, would I get this on a non US model?

My ski is completely stock, so what could I expect from just changing the ECU? Improved holeshot? Top end?

Thoughts? Maybe I should add new Solas at the same time?
    krHelp!
