    TB mount at Intake Manifold-

I recently had the TB MaxBore'd to 60mm. Looking at the TB mount of the intake manifold the inlet necks down from 60mm to something less than 60mm, perhaps to 54mm, further in. Whatever the size, it cone shapes smaller. Has anyone PORTED this area or matched to 60mm?

    I didn't, but i didn't measure that diameter.
Be leary of some super lean/rich spots with that bored throttle body. It's going to play havoc on your tune, but wot will be pretty close. The volume of air change per degree open is drastically different.
I had a spike of high 15's (sputtering) down to low 10's with my normal tune. Wot was good though.
    Good luck!

The gasket is 60mm......what did you use to enlarge the inlet of the manifold?
