Riva gear damper on 2013 clutch-opinions?

Who's running one and what are your opinions on it? I know earlier damper models had issues with washers breaking. It sounds like a great idea, but I wonder if:

    1) All the bugs are worked out and
    2) Does it add weight and negate the damping effect?

Well I've got it in my ski now... I just have to bolt the oil pump back into place and put the supercharger on tonight. I primarily ordered it as the kit as it was one of the only ways to get a '13 clutch. I also have an OEM '13 clutch and intermediate gear kit on the way as well (I know I'm sick).

Is the Dampener that you are using specifically made for the 2013 (3rd gen) clutch? If it is the original damper, the teeth have changed on the 3rd gen clutches and you will blow that up the first time out as the teeth will not mesh correctly.

This is the new 18T dampener and it came with a '13 clutch from Riva.
