Harder starting after pre-mix (and crank replacement)
A fellow tuner and I teamed up to replace my 06 EFI 1300gpr crank (went with Hot Rods), and in the process I went pre-mix. I'm wondering if anyone here experienced any sort of 'longer starting' as a result of going pre-mix? Once it starts it's fine all day and even the next day, but after leaving it sit for more than a few days it takes long to start. I'm wondering if there is a fuel pressure/vent issue that has developed?
I was even thinking that after break-in to go a little leaner with the oil ratio so that it gives me the fuel needed when cold, but when I tried it that didn't seem to work... .
