Hi everyone, first post and a question

I am new to this site and new to waverunner world. I noticed this morning after flushing my 2013 VXR that one of the hoses, a small black rubber hose was disconnected and I am trying to ubdestand the purpose of this hose and where it needs to be reconnected, It says "Vent hose on it and has a little pin on one end. The other end is connected to a small white plastic vent. I am guessing it is there to vent the fumes? Where does it need to be connected? Here are the pictures of the hose and the vent end of it. Thans!

That looks like a vent hose for a battery. That is similar to what is on my FX.
