    What Do You Guys Think?

I would like an estimate of top speed for a 2006 Seadoo GTI SE 130hp with a new solas 11/19 impeller, 2 degree pump wedge, new wear ring and housing. Does anyone have any idea of what top speed I should expect? (The housing will be a metal one from sbt not a cheap plastic stock one)
Also, I would like to know if i will hit top rpms with the new prop.

    It's still a 130..
If you want more rpms & speed get a 155hp computer.
That's going to give you much more mid pull and higher rpms & speed.

I started out with a 130 also. They are a great engine but if you want to go faster you really need to step up to a 215 supercharged ski.

There is just not a lot that can be done to a 130.

You can do a 155 ecu and I think you need the cam also.

its hard to think about 130-150hp ski as anything performance wise
most want/have double your HP and its still not enough...
IMO sell it and get a real ski...sad to say but very true

Yeah I've been told to buy a different one but I like the handling and weight of the gti se all the supercharged ones are heavier and need supercharger rebuilding. That's why I like the naturally aspirated gti se. I was hoping I'll get a little more speed with my new mods.

I had the exact same thoughts when I bought my 130. It was fairly fast and pulled a tube. But top speed was slow.
If you never ride a supercharged ski the non supercharged will be fun.

Once you feel the power and speed of a supercharged ski you will be hooked.

It also dident help that my brother in law had a 3 cyl polaris virage tx that was faster than my gti.

I would beat him in hole shot but he would fly right past after that. I bought the supercharged ski shortly after that. Lol

I've ridden supercharged skis and they are fast but I do not like the weight and the supercharger issues. I like the handling and nimbleness of the GTI. I'm hoping for 57-58 mph. It may be high but I think I'll get there. I will post top speed when I get all the parts on. Also, do I only need a 155hp ecu to get 155 hp?

I think you need the cam also.

All people are saying is you can stick a grand(plus) into it and get very little out of it. Most people's train of thought is sell the GTI and add the money in you'd spend on mods and buy a better base ski to start with.

What is your current gsp top speed? Adding what your looking to add and doing the ECU n cam(biggest gains from the ECU/cam) you may gain about 5-7 MPH on the top end. Just doing what your asking to do I'd be surprised if you gain more then about 2MPH.
