Not enough locktite?Virage 700Now shearing bolt!

I just replace my exhaust manifold gasket with locktite and orange gasket seal from having a water leak spraying in the hull. After replacing worked fine for a couple times.
Then I noticed that It was leaking exhaust.Reached down and the top mag right bolt was missing.I used locktite blue even thought the book did not sat to use it.but the other models used it.
Did I not use enough locktite and I also torqed to spec?

Which bolt is missing/loose? One on the exhaust manifold or one on the cylinder?

Bolt missing, has it fallen into the hull?

Were the threads in the hole or on the bolt damaged or worn?

I see machines loosing bolts / hard ware sometimes when you have excessive vibrations from other problems. ( IE Bent drive shat, engine to drive out of alignment, etc.)

Well I think I may have damaged the gasket maybe or didn't get torqued right. It was a pain to torque. The bolt was to the exhaust manifold and looks ok.A couple others were loose.
I am thinking this was my doing. They were tight when I took it apart.
As far as I can tell there is no excess vibration. It was working just find tell I rode it with the seat off and noticed a small spray of water. Then I replaced the gaskets then this.

It can be difficult to torque those pipe bolts under the edge of the seat opening. If you are trying to torque down the manifold in the hull, its sometimes easy to miss a bolt. They are kind of hidden.

Agree with very hard to properly torque.
The only fastener that I've lost so far is one of the air silencer acorn nuts. By the time I discovered it, the other three were loose.

Well now it broke the far side mag cylinder bolt leaving it in the jug.put it back together again and went a few miles.Stoped and checked over it.The bolt was snapped off!
I tore it all back apart to get the broke bolt out.I started looking at what could be going on.I checked the motor mount bolts on the pipe side and got dam near a full turn to torque and 3/4 on the other motor mount. All motor mounts on carb side were tight.
Would this little play in the motor mounts be giving me this problem?

I also have been told that a bent shaft can make vibration. How would you get a bent shaft?I have not sucked up anything that I know of and I do not think that it is vibrating?

Is there a mounting bolt for the exhaust pipe down low? Was it installed and torqued?

yes, pipe raps back around and has a mount on top of the motor mount that was a full turn loose from max torqe.
