Post alignment are you sure you have all engine mounts retightened?

Floating ring and c clip correct, not katiwompus?

    Pump mounts?

It should be smooth as butter!

My 13 tx vibrates enough to shake the lift up hood but other than that I don't feel anything from the seat. If this is what you are describing, its normal. Just change the plugs anyways and make sure they are gapped right.

just did my alignment...on my 260PX...smooth like butter . One thing though if you did yourself that I missed...and then found. When you put the pump on there are two little nubs (at least on my ski) close to the bottom bolts that guide the pump in. They will throw your alignment off if you just put the alignment plate on and tighten it down. You need to nip them off flush as I did since I already crushed them with the alignment plate or drill your plate. It made a huge difference for me. took one shim out in front, added two to each side in the back. Ski idles and sounds real smooth. Also there is only 3mm tolerance forward/aft play in the shaft. Did they get it in that range? You should be able to slide the tool in and out of your motor with very little resistance. I little bump/nudge is ok but it don't force it in.

Lot of work though to do it right.
