Leaking bolts on top of the rideplate 08 tx

I noticed a small amount of green coolant around some of the bolts that are situated on the top of the ride plate. I can't see in the shop manual if there's gaskets/orings on them or silicone. Does anybody know?

2 of mine started leaking on my 05 Rxp plate and I just drained the coolant (i think), removed them 1 at a time and put silicone on it, reinstalled.
