Flush connector for RXT 260?
I know this is a stupid question, but what are you using to flush the new Doo's? Back when I had my RXT 260 IS, I got a POS plastic quick disconnect that I'm still using. It leaks water that shoots right in my face and it sometimes get stuck on the male part that is screwed into the ski. I want a metal one or at least something that will last and not leak water. What size is the male/female quick disconnect? Im also thinking about getting some salt-away. How do you guys run this through the ski with the canister that comes with it? Do you screw the female QD onto the canister and just use it like you normally would? How long do you flush with the salt-away?

Flush for 45 seconds.
Yes use the container to put in salt away.
Don't rev it while flushing.
I just use a regular water hose..

The more I read about carbon seal failure the more I think its due to flushing for too long and people rev the ski out of the water and fry the carbon seal..
Just my 2 cents...
