97 Speedster - twin 720's. - Need to pull engine. How tough? (

    Newbie here:

My 97 Speedster sunk. Both engines went under and now I am hearing what sounds like bad bearings. Thinking I should probably pull the engines before the water rusts everything sold in there. (Is this right?) Any rough estimates on prices to have it rebuilt if I take it into a shop?

How hard are the engines to pull? Anything else I should do while in the hull with the engines out? I can't seem to find a service manual locally for this thing.
