    Installing Fizzle HE IC - yellow washer in the pump

    Hi,

    I am installing Fizzle HE IC on my 06 rxp. Do I need to drill out the yellow washer in the pump or it is ok like it is /stock/

    you can drill it,Me?i would just buy the green one and be done with it..

    There is no reason to make it any bigger IMO. The pump is already pulling 50+ psi at WOT.

    In other threads, it was noted that larger diameters would increase pressure to the IC.

    I'm not even getting a drip from my IC air pee line until about 5K RPMs. Need mo pressure!!!!

    It's sll in the water routing. Low pressure at 5k may equal 50psi @ 8200 rpm. A larger hole would give more psi. That's probably why the original X ic's were ballooning.

    It's too efficient. With the FrozenBoost china IC I would see 20psi and that was fine. I plopped in the Garrett 500 and pressure dropped but I haven't measured it since. I'm going to try to remove the groco and see what I get before messing with the washer. I run 3/4 everything and dump out of the OPAS block off. I T after the Groco and run the second exhaust water dump straight out of the back.
