    Dampner damage.. why?

A buddy of mine has an issue with his mid shaft dampner getting chewed up. The motor is aligned and was done by a reputable mechanic. What else would cause this?

That almost looks like too much space to close up by moving the saddles back. Has something been changed back there?

Way too much gap. Check your motor mounts and also make sure your pump isn't pushing the crank shaft forward under load, Julio...

    Thanks

Its a turbo setup. I believe he's running a kawi pump too. Maybe there's more torque than the oem dampener can handle.
