Need opinion on XL800 carbs - Are they trashed?

    Hello all!

Bought a project 2000 xl800. Just got carbs off and outside was very corroded. Already broke off two bolts trying to get the fuel pump off so I could see how the insides looked and if they could be rebuilt. I have attached three pictures of one carb. Could I get a few opinions on whether these carbs are trash or do they have a chance? Throttle and choke shafts barely move as well.
