Is my charger trash?
So I haven't ridden my ski much this year. I've only put about 2 tanks thru it. Yesterday I was gonna take it on a nice long ride, but thank god I didn't. I rode it around the bay for about an hour. Was getting ready to head south to meet up with friends and my motor was locked up. Towed it back thinking some how my motor blew. Got home pulled the charger and its locked solid. The wheel and front cover are fine but the shaft is locked up. Do I have to buy another x charger or can Jerry still rebuild this? Also anything else I should check out? The teeth look fine so I believe the flywheel is fine. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Bearing took a dump on the s/c.
Just because the teeth on the s/c look ok doesn't mean the flywheel is ok.

I'm gonna check the flywheel out. doing the 08 oilier mod over the winter along with head studs and new head gasket. I have a et137 wheel sitting here but if my housing is screwed i may get a 68-140 instead. I don't know how good that blower is for rec riding though. I do long rides and goof off in the ocean a lot.

The cases on the s/c are probably trashed..
So is the wheel...
I guess that means it trash...

I ran a 140 riva xxx for a long time, and it was very friendly while cruising, but it will make things happen when you want it to.

When the bearings crap out you have a touch down...
If your bearings don't crap out then no touch down..
Doo the maintaining it requires and your goood to go...
