    blow off valve draft from filter ?

    now i've fitted the blow off valve, should this filter produce a draft on tickover and increase when revved ? can enyone help ? regards bill

    Bill, you should feel air coming out of the filter at all times unless you're throttle is wide open or almost. The largest rush of this is of course when you go from open throttle to closed. And yes you will feel an increase when reved while on the trailer and the ski is not under load.

    so if the boost is being dumped at low throttle, surely i'm loosing boost pressure at low rpms, so i'll be loosing hp ? jerry recomended i block off the valve cos i have a rude charger, what do you think ? regards bill
