    Arrow Hurricane 1200 project; custom fuel tank and exhaust

    These are the key pieces created by Tim Atkinson to allow the Polaris red domestic 1200 engine to fit into the Hurricane hull. No hull cutting required.

    Update: Also includes the modified waterbox.

    Fuel tank has an internal baffle to keep the fuel from sloshing away from the fuel pickup.

    Note: The exhaust pipe in the picture was a damaged pipe that was repaired and modified, then used for the initial engine fit and test. The pipe I have was made afterwards and is also modified, but was not damaged.

    Almost forgot about the waterbox

    Tim modified this to be a straight connection between the modified exhaust pipe and the waterbox. Inlet has been changed.

    Included in the price with the fuel tank and modified exhaust pipe.

    How come you are not going to finish this project ?!? I may be interested, I would have to get rid of my hot seat twin pipes with water injection. It pulled pretty hard but I never got it dialed in.
