    2006 rxp acc wire

hello i am looking to wire a fan with turn on delay relay to keep things cool under the seat but i need a 12v trigger wire that is only active when the engine is on, i could use the trigger wire that goes to the cluster but that one is active the second you put the key in and remains active for a extra 15 seconds after the key is removed, figure 15 seconds a fan blowing with the craft of is not a good idea or at least i don't want it that way.
