Thread: water in hull

    water in hull

    Guys help
    after reading the threads on here about the check valve i took off the pipe from the syphon box and crimped it up as i blew through it and air went both ways so nothing could get in the hull
    however after an hour i came out the water and holly shit the hull was really full of water, dont get it where is could come in im going to go out with no seat tomorrow night and see if i can see anything but holly shit there was more than normal its like a hose went
    any thoughts??

    Welcome to green hulk. What year and type of ski? Are your drain plugs in and secured? Have you done any mods that could cause an issue? Its great that you post a question but , the search tool is also a good way to get answers. Providing more info than " holy shit there was alot more than normal" might get a more precise response too........

    Welcome to the GreenHulk. Yeah, knowing what ski you have would help. There could be many places water can be coming in from. Driveshaft coupler hose, cooling water line came off/has a hole, transom plate, rideplate holes, trim tab plate holes if it has them to name a few places to check first.
