    drags when trying to start?

Rebuilt my 04 RXP due to dropped valves and finally ready to start. When I hit the start button the engine just barely turns over. It acts like a dead battery but battery is about 13v. Could it be a timing issus? Too much or too little? I pulled the jet off to ensure it wasnt binding but still the same dragging. Thoughts?

Pull the spark plugs out and turn the engine over by hand using a 17mm on the supercharger nut.
I had a spec of dust on a cam and the damn thing didn't want to move. Took it apart and found one teeny tiny speck. Cleaned it, and it was fine. Could be that or an array of other things.
Did you torque everything to specification? If not, then there's potential for a BIG problem.

always turn it by hand on a rebuild. Use the cam & crank tools?

    Yes I used the tools.
