Hi... 3bars at idle (43.5psi) is what you want. Do you have anyway to read the fuel pressure at WOT? Perhaps a spin with the seat off while you glance down at the gauge. Should be 4.1bars at WOT.

So you have the red light on... and (check engine) indicator? Any other indicators?

So you're only getting to 6400rpms? Could be a boost leak. Could need to relearn your eThrottle mapping in the ECU. Could be worn out jet pump.

Tell us more of your issue. When did it start?

    Cheers!

    Thank's for your post ,

I put a pressure gauge online , when motor is not turning , after press start, pressure is 3.0 bar , and down to 2.5 after few minutes , when motor runing , pressure is staying at 3.0 bar, is it ok or must i change pressure regulator ( bosch original is 3.0 bar ) .
and i have engine light chek engine only ?
oh can i relearn etrottle maping in ecu ?
    thank's

3 bars fuel pressure at idle (engine running) is good. Fuel pressure will drop some when you turn the engine off as the fuel pump will shut off also... this is normal.

So... you only have a check-engine indicator on the dash and a flashing red light. No other indicators on the dash? With the check-engine and flashing light... you can still reach 6300-6400 rpms max... when running in the water?

    EThrottle relearn procedure:
    - engine off
    - put lanyard key in, tap starter to power-up system (but do NOT start the engine)
    - slowly squeeze throttle all the way to full (should hear ETB moving)
    - pause for 2 seconds
    - slowly release throttle all the way out
    - pause for 2 seconds
    - repeat the throttle squeeze and release 2 more times
    - then pull lanyard out and wait a few minutes for the system to power-down
    - done

    Cheers!

Is this procedure relevant for MSX140 as well?

    Hmm... boost leak?
Check for lose or popped hose connections, check for split hoses, check small hoses to Blow-off valve (BOV) and fuel pressure regulator (FPR).

Any oily foam or gunk in the intake hoses, intercooler, hardpipe?

Pull off hose/hardpipe to throttle body. Install lanyard and tap starter button to wake-up system (but don't start engine). Squeeze the throttle and make sure the butterfly valve in the throttle body is responding and opening to full.

Have you checked the jetpump? Good impeller to ring clearance? impeller spins freely (when pump is removed)?

    What spark plugs you using?

    Cheers!
