inconsistant rpms 2012 rxtx vtech tuned

i notice my rpms arent consistant in this cool weather mods are vtech tune 8375, riva intercooler 4 inch to the front,15/20 prop and some air mods rpms will fluctuate from 8260 to 8380 engine temp is in the 180s cool dry air in jersey i should be conistantly running 8380+ checked the slip it was 8 foot pounds shimmed it to 10.5 foot pounds ski is running lean having tuning issues that can be related to bad stock fpr adding a riva regulator to the mix and see what happens also i feel this will help get me to the target wot afr i been messing around with the map editor threw vtech adding fuel up top and hasnt made a differnce.

is it doing that in the same day...like one minute running 8260 the next 8380? Are you at WOT and then it drops or bounces back and forth? More description please? How do the plugs look?

It's running lean 13.2 -13.5 not riding anymore till I get the fpr setup sometimes it will come up to lets say 8340 then drop from there other times ill just hit 8260 same air two days ago it ran 8360-8380 seems to be very inconsistent.the ski is running right in par for the rpms its turning but for the temp rpms should b higher

I did back to back runs with a 8375 201 tune and the same tune where i added more fuel in map editor from 8000 on up and there was no change in afr

This is going to be very difficult to diagnose without a data logger.

i was going to get the data logger but from what I hear the stock fpr is inconsistent so I figured that should b changed then fine tune with that

Personally, I would figure out how install a fuel pressure gauge that you can see from the seat at WOT. I have heard the stories about the fuel pressure issues on the skis. Your assumption is certainly reasonable.
