New MoTeC M130 ECU for Yamaha skis is now available

As many of the Seadoo guys can tell you, this new M130 ECU is top dog! It's extremely easy to install and set up. Small, lightweight and waterproof.

I was lucky enough to get a early production model months back and set it up on my turbo VXR. Here's a picture of all the goodies that come in the box.

While the M130 comes with a mount bracket to mount the ECU in the factory location, I have a custom mount bracket on my VXR and have it mounted as shown

While the new M130 works perfectly with the factory dash on your ski. I opted for the MoTeC SDL3 dash. Connection of the dash to the ECU is extremely simple via 2 wires.

Some of the beautiful things about the M1 ECU is it's got integrated logging. On the M400 models you had to pay extra to get that.
This ECU will also control boost for turbo skis and is incredibly easy to set up. Expandable inputs make it super easy to install add on features. I choose to wire in a high/low boost switch on mine. Also, being my ski is a VXR it had no knock sensor. No problem, I installed an FZR knock sensor on my engine and wired it into an input on the M1. The M1 gives us full knock control, also at no extra cost. Those that are familiar with the M400 know that a knock module was serious bucks. This make the M1 a tremendous value as you get so many features built in at no extra cost to you.

Jerry's ECU has level 2 Logging. This allows you to log 200 channels at 200 times a second. This helps when you are setting up Knock.
And is also required when using a non Motec A/F meter. Level 1 logging comes standard and logs all the channels necessary channels
to tune a Engine. Level 1 logging Logs up to 10 times per second. All M130 ECU's come standard with 125 meg of logging memory.

For the people that buy Motec stuff from Jerry's store. You will get the same support as if they buy from Motec direct or myself.

So feel free to use Jerry's store.

I wish this dash was available when I built my skis. I have sold a couple to customers recently and they love them. Check out this new color dash from MoTeC

They are water resistant, just like the Sport dash I installed on my skis. I've never had a problem with water even after leaving the skis out in the pouring rain.
