    92 SL650 oil pump question

Hey guys, I got another quick question on the oil pump on a newly acquired 92 sl650.
I took the carbs off to go through them and was checking the oil pump lines and noticed the oil pump looks to be missing the adjustment arm. Now I know the newer ones had a variable adjustment through a arm hooked up to the throttle am I missing this on the 92.

Also noticed I am able to turn the part on the pump, That the arm hooks to ? Should I have not turned it and if so What's it supposed to be set at.

Sorry if this is a noob question, I searched and found no info.

So the shaft I turned in the photo, Plays no role on the 92. So I should be ok that I turned it a little.
