Small amount of water in rear compartment after 2 hr of use...

I should preface this by saying I'm brand new to waverunners...

I took out my (new to me) 04 fx cruiser first time this weekend. After about 2 hours when I was done I noticed about a half inch of water in a couple spots in the rear compartment under the battery. Is this normal? Do I have a loose connection or seal somewhere? Any tips on what to look for would be great. Picture attached...

I little water is common. Nothing to worry about. Be sure your drain plugs are snug. If you start to notice a higher level of water then I would worry. I get about 1gallon in the hull of my ski over the course of a day.
