What should I be paying for New Valves/Retainers Installed?

Looking to replace Valves. Should I also replace Retainers at the same time?

What the going rate for Parts/Labor Installed?

    Thanks

Contact slow91. Seems to be a very reputable guys with quality work. Don't just go with the best price. Especially on a 8000 rpm engine...

Go with these valves. Cheaper than the OEM valves and 100x better

No need to replace the retainers if you are still running the stock ECU with stock rev limiter.

this will NOT work if the head has high hours (150+). And valve lapping should only be done AFTER a 3 angle valve job is cut.

Lapping new valves in an old valve job is a very backyard way of doing things.

I agree on high hours/miles but my backyard way has put 3 or 4 FWD 3.8s with lapped Ferras into the 10s including my own. I know what you're saying is the 100% correct way and I don't disagree but there are tons of people that drop valves in and go instead of shipping their head out, spending coin and having their sled apart for an extended period of time.

Definitely send it to Chris.. Great guy. Fast turn around reasonable price and he knows his shit. He did my whole engine and supercharger complete rebuilds of both in a few weeks.

Pm rage fab and see if he's willing to do it. I could have head sent out anywhere but choose him for numerous reasons. I'm super anal and picky. Never let me down and went above and beyond
