    Cool Best seal for ride plate install ?

    gonna remove my flat ride plate and install a virage batwing rideplate,

    whats the best stuff or easiest stuff to use and reseal the new ride plate on ?

    we use 3M 5200 fast cure or other quality polyurethane adhesive sealant. very good type of sealant. but yes doug polaris did use the grey on their skis from the factory some yrs didnt they!

    whats best way to remove old rideplate - un bolt it cut thru as much as the seal u can and then bang it off ?

    do I need to remove jet pump to ?

    is 5200 really that much of a pain? i sealed my plate on the yami in the spring now im going to change the prop. is it gonna be a bitch to get off?
