    Looking for RPM's 08 RXT-X stock

Bought this ski (08 T-X all stock) a few week ago. It had been sitting for a year+. I can not get any more than 7700rpm out of it.
list of things I have done.
    drained all old fuel
    new plugs & oil
took the head off and had the values and seats cleaned up. Rechecked timing twice...compression 152ish psi all 3 holes.
    checked for boost leak.
Checked SC slip good, also tried a different SC
Prop and wear ring looks good
    No codes
tried another ECU remapped 8400 ECU no difference in anything

what would be your guess to do next? Thanks for the help

Yea, prop needs a little tuning...

My dad's 08 TX, when we installed an air intake and swapped grates, I had to pitch it a few times to get it to tach out in the 8100's...

Stock prop. I will take it out and see what it is. I did try and run it with out the intake grate and no difference in RPM's also with seat off.
What should the stock pitch be on T-X?

I would have to dig back thru my notes when I had my TX but I think should be like 12/21- 12/22.
If one of the blades is bent with too much pitch it could drop Rpms.

According to the manual, the stock impeller has a pitch of 14/25. Add in high air temps, low barometric pressure, and high humidity, your rpm's will be lower than the stock rpm limit of 8000-8040.

A Solas SRX 15/22 repitched to 12.5/21 or 13/21 should increase rpm to 8100-8160 for the summer months, but try the Solas impeller untouched first! Then, repitch....

Your compression of 152 is good, and normal!
