    seadoo fuel pump question?

I have 2 seadoos 2007 rxp s/c and a 2007 non s/c rxp. The question is can I swap the fuel pumps to make sure im on the right track. My problem is the s/c ski had fuel phase separation and I pulled the fuel line off the fuel rail and no fuel came out when I put the lanyard. Can I flip the fuel pumps so im not spending close to $600.00. The part number for the s/c fuel pump is 270600056 and the non s/c is 270600087.If you have any suggestions that would be helpful Thanks
