pump to nozzle seal or pump to hull seal. What charger, injectors, IC and ECU are you running

just because the seals are good doesn't mean they're seated properly. RTV is your friend between the pump and the nozzle.

BTW a certain group of ski enthusiasts I ride with got completely F'd with those ECUs. A couple of CC racers too. You need to seriously monitor your engine with that. I assume you have upgraded valves, springs and retainers too as well as new flywheel bolts and the 2008 oiling mod?

good as in they look good to you, or good as in you just changed them?

If you haven't just changed it then more than likely you have an air leak here causing cavitation.

Order a new carbon seal, bellow, support ring, O rings and new circlip. Items 38, 39, 37, 42 40 and 43 on this page of the forums OEM parts store
    http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche....TEM---INTERNAL

Then go to the forums performance store and order this pump seal
    http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...oducts_id=2295

    and this bellow band
    http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...oducts_id=1747

Do these things and kiss your cavitation goodbye
